Yes. It's actually more important for WFH dads. There's no commute to decompress, so the work-brain walks straight through the door with you. The protocol handles that.

"How long does the ritual take?"

15 minutes. That's it. If it takes longer, it's a chore. We don't do chores.

"Is this just for dads?"
